Our Youth Martial Arts program is for school-aged students where they’re able to learn Tae Kwon Do from its beginning stages and continue through advanced martial arts instruction as well. Our classes are split based on age and rank, and take place four days per week. (View our schedule here.)

What does a typical class entail?

Our classes vary each session, but are mainly focused upon the learning and development of Tae Kwon Do skills, with an emphasis on point sparring and forms. Additionally, we work on the development of physical strength, body control, and flexibility skills. In any given class, our instructors will be working with our students on:

  • Warm ups and stretching
  • Technique development
  • Sparring & sparring drills
  • Self-defense
  • Rank test preparations
  • Tae Kwon Do games
